TFT-LCD Panel Manufacturing Process

1.Front Process:Array The array process of the front section is similar to the semiconductor process,but the difference is that the film crystal system is made on the glass,not on silicon wafers.
2.Mid-Range Process:Cell The mid-range process-Cell is made of the array glass of the previous stage as the substrate,which is combined with the colored filter glass substrate, and liquid crystal (LC) is poured between the two glass substrates.Then cut large pieces of glass into panels.
3.Rear Process:Module Assembly The module assembly process is the assembly process of glass and other components (such as circuit, frame,backlight board,etc.)after the cell process.
