Glass panels produced by different manufacturers can result in varying colors even for the same model. If the TFT LCD screen manufacturer selects glass panels from different suppliers, color differences may occur. Even when choosing a fixed glass panel manufacturer, slight color variations can still arise due to different production batches.

The main component of the backlight is the LED chip, which is crucial for the screen's illumination. White LED light consists of three colors commonly known as RGB. Variations in the wavelength of light can cause optical reactions in LEDs, leading to subtle changes in the display effect of the LCD panel, thus causing color differences in TFT screens.

The polarizing film is a multi-layer optical film composed of high molecular materials that can generate polarized light. Depending on its position in the LCD screen, it can be divided into surface and bottom films. It comprises various layers, such as the polarizing layer, TAC layer, adhesive layer, peeling film, protective film, and reflective film. The polarizing film refracts different colors at different angles, causing variations in the display effect. Thus, polarizing films produced in different batches and rotated at different angles during each production can affect the final result.
